No Prep Sight Words Mega Bundle (450+ Printable Pages)

This is a set of unique reading strips for sight word practice.
Students create their own simple envelopes and cut out word and sentence strips to slide out as they read the isolated part of the list or sentence.

Set 1 – Each strip has five sight words repeated twice. Students insert the sight word strip with the little bird tab sticking out (so it’s not in backwards or upside down) and pulls the strip out reading each word. The words are then repeated again for mastery.

Set 2 – The same as set 1, but there are check boxes beside each word so students can keep track of which words they know and which ones need further practice. Great for sending home with parents!

Set 3 – 100 sentences using sight words. The targeted sight word is underlined in each sentence, as well as written beside the bird tab so you can find specific words quickly. These make a great reading center as students enjoy the novelty of sliding the words out slowly.

RF.K.3.c.Read common high-frequency words by sight
RF.K.3.d. Distinguish between similarly spelled words by identifying the sounds of the letters that differ.
RF.1.3.g.Recognize and read grade-appropriate irregularly spelled words.
RF.2.3. Know and apply grade-level phonics and word analysis skills in decoding words. Identify words with inconsistent but common spelling-sound correspondences. Recognize and read grade-appropriate irregularly spelled words.
