This is a good resource to use to differentiate the difference between modifications and accommodations.

I am using this to enter all of the accommodations/modifications for the K3 resource students I case manage. This way their general education teachers have a quick idea of how to help each student. The special area teachers also get copies for resource as well as my self-contained kids.
