Book 2 – Bunny and Bear Learn About Fire Drills
Time spent on social skills is always time well spent!
One of the best ways to explore social skills topics with children is through stories!
The Bunny and Bear books explore essential social skills with two sweet characters: Bunny and Bear, who help your students or children learn about topics like personal space and calm down strategies.
In this story, Bunny is building a blog tower with Bear when the fire bell rings. Bunny is scared and wants to run away or hide under the table. Bear teaches him that it’s not safe, and to stop and listen to the teacher so they can stay safe. In the end, Bunny realizes fire drills are not scary when you know what to do, and he writes about it in his journal so he won’t forget!
This the printable story Bunny and Bear Learn About Fire Drills includes a full week of lessons (20+ activities each) to use with Bunny and Bear stories.
Distance Learning: Bunny and Bear Social Stories are normally printed to add to your class library, however permission is granted to read the stories aloud to students during distance learning, and send activity pages to parents. (Please do not post to public websites, online groups or public youtube channels).
