Implement this fun resource in your classroom this spring! Students will love working on building their CVC words with a fun egg twist.

There are two activities included in your download:

Activity #1 – Your students will build words using the egg puzzles and match them to the appropriate picture card. There are 12 words and pictures (60 total) for each medial vowel. Students can use the included mat for extra fun. There are two recording sheet options included. Students can also simply draw and write their words on a blank piece of paper.

Activity #2 – Your students will work on building words and determining if they are real or nonsense words. There is a mat included to build the words and a write on/wipe off board (if laminated) for recording the words they make. There is also a matching recording sheet.

You may want to print the eggs on color paper for extra fun, but be sure to laminate for durability!
