Are you looking for something new and fun for your students to work on during stations or word work? These CVC centers have a new spin on the write on, wipe off centers and they are self-checking!

Students will use an alphabet code (random icons represent each letter) to spell CVC words. There are 108 cards included in this pack.

For students on or above level: students can sound out the words and write what they hear on the cards; students can then check their work using the alphabet code

For students below level: students can use the code to write the correct letters for each word; students can then sound out the word using the letters they have written

Recording sheets: there are five mixed vowel sheets, one sheet for each vowel, and two blank options; these can be used for reinforcing the center, independent practice, or even assessments
