Are you looking for something for your students to do this Thanksgiving? This activity is a great way for your students to show their gratitude while having a little fun!

In this activity, your students will cut out a turkey and it’s “fan feathers.” Then, each student will write 4-5 things he or she is thankful for on the fan feathers and attach it to the turkey either by gluing it or by a brad. When assembled, it will create a cute bulletin board display.

• Some fan feathers say “I’m thankful for…” while others are blank.
• Some fan feathers include lines, while others are blank for students to use their artistic creativity.
• There are two different turkey bodies to choose from.
