Simplify your word work prep with these differentiated simple sentence comprehension worksheets. All the worksheets use only sight words and CVC words to help reach all your kindergarten or first grade students.

Each level comes with the same 30 pages. The differences are in how the students complete each page. Every page includes six simple sentences containing sight words and CVC words .

There are three levels of worksheets included.

Level 1 – Read, Trace, and Match

Students read and trace each sentence. Then the students find the matching picture and write the appropriate number next to each picture.

Level 2 – Read, Write, and Match

Students write a specified missing sight word for each sentence. Students then read the sentence to find the matching picture and write the appropriate number next to each picture.

Level 3 – Read and Draw

Students read each given sentence and draw a picture that matches the sentence.
